Lately I have had a lot of people ask me about the reasoning behind starting my own team. Today I wanted to explain my reasoning with you and why the team structure I have built is of great benefit to you, whether you are a buyer or a seller.

Years ago, I found great success in my real estate career as a single agent. I had a business coach who was helping me hit my goals every year, but I quickly realized that being a successful agent is extremely hard. In order to provide the best possible customer service, I had to work insane hours, nights, and weekends, which put stress on me and my family.

I discovered that the best way for me to be able to help buyers, sellers, and myself was by building a team, the Wolek Group. We have evolved into a specialized team of experts that can help you step-by-step through every part of the buying and selling processes. Our team structure looks like this. We have:
