Today I’m joined by a special guest: Teresa Brockwell from Farmers Insurance. Teresa entered the world of insurance 19 years ago when one of her close friends at the University of Oklahoma suggested she start an internship at a life insurance company. After that point, Teresa moved on to become the recruiter of agents for her now district manager. It is the same talent Teresa used as a recruiter to help build her current business. Like the Wolek Group, Teresa’s business works with a team-oriented approach. Teresa cites the quality professionals she works with as the reason her team is set apart from other insurance teams that are out there. Hard work, trustworthiness, kindness, and a willingness to go above and beyond are all core values that Teresa and her team believe in.
