You might remember that last year after a spring of devastating tornadoes in Oklahoma, our team committed to giving $100 from each closing for the remainder of the year to one of the relief organizations that helped the families affected. In total, we donated more than $4000 to United Way, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and other efforts.
We were so proud to give back to our great state, that we decided this year to start a program right here in Tulsa - a city we’re all proud to call home, and one we want to see flourish in the years to come. Our citizens deserve the best of the best, and The Wolek Group wants to help!
We have a lofty goal this year of helping 125 individuals and families buy or sell a home. So, for every home closed in 2014, we will give $100 to the local charity of the client’s choice, whether it’s a health and human services organization, or an elementary school PTA. That’s over $12,000 to local non-profits. We’re calling it our Keys to the City Initiative, and we can’t wait to get started!
