Hi! I’m Jennie Wolek with The Wolek Group at Keller Williams Realty Advantage in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We look forward to the opportunity to meet you, if we have not done so already.
Whether you’ve been thinking about buying or selling a home for a while, or have just started the process of gathering information to do so, choosing the right professional to help you can feel like an overwhelming process. That’s why I wanted to give you a quick snapshot of what The Wolek Group can do for you. Why use a team over a solo agent?

Now, it’s been documented that there are over 100 components in a real estate transaction. So for the solo agent that has 3 sales going on, that’s over 300 things to juggle at one time. They have to be a “jack of all trades” and they wear 10 hats at any given time, spending time on lots of different activities, like making flyers, putting out signs, taking phone calls and entering information onto websites, when they should be focused on getting your property sold or helping you find that perfect home for your family.

I like to compare this to a doctor’s office. If you call the doctor, because you are not feeling well, and the doctor took your call and set your appointment. And then when you arrived to the office, the doctor greeted you at the front desk and took your insurance information. Then they weighed you and checked your blood pressure. If they did all of these tasks, they would not have the time to do what is the most important- help you get better! The doctor’s office, just like ours, functions best as a team.

Our team consists of a full-time Listing Partner who is in charge of marketing our listings, as well as providing excellent customer service to our sellers by keeping them informed of showings and feedback, and touching base with them every week with a listing progress report. We also have a full-time Buyer Specialist that works exclusively with our buyers, searching the market for the perfect home for our clients and staying up to date on the multiple listing service and home availability. Our full-time Operations and Closing Manager ensures we stay on track with our timelines and helps you have a smooth closing. And I’m the full-time Listing Specialist. I work exclusively with our sellers and take a pro-active approach to find a buyer for their home. My goal is to get them the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, getting them where they need to go and when they need to get there.

We truly operate as a team, with each of us being a specialist in our role. This allows us to service our clients at a high level, since we are not distracted by the many things that may pop up in a day. We have a focused approach to helping our clients achieve their real estate goals. And more than anything, we love to help people realize their dreams, and work tirelessly to get you where you want to be.
