We are so excited to help you through the exciting process of buying a home. As you know, we are a highly specialized team that works together to get you through the process as smooth and easy as possible. Today we are going to share with you the first couple steps in the buying process to help you get started on your journey.
The first thing we recommend doing is getting in touch with a local lender. It’s so important to use someone who is local and close by. They will need a lot of different documents from you in order to do their paperwork, so being able to get them those things quickly is a major key. It’s smart to get this process started now so you know what you can actually afford on a home and can make an offer on the perfect one quickly.
The second thing we want you to do is set up a meeting with us so we can have a good, face-to-face consultation to understand your wants and needs in a home. We want to set up a good search for you on our Realtor database, so you know right when the homes come on the market you want. Zillow and Trulia aren’t always the most up-to-date with listings.
Another thing you should do is download The Wolek Group's mobile app. With it, you can search for homes all over the world, as well as open houses. It also features a mortgage calculator and when you scroll over a page, you will see our new HOMEKEEPR app. It features great discounts and offers from our Preferred Service Providers.
