The new year is off to a great start. We just wanted to touch base and give you a quick market update of what’s happening in Tulsa.
The average days on market is still right around 50 days. The average sales price in our area is around $165,000. Our team’s average sales price is around the $200,000 mark. However, we love helping buyers and sellers in any price point.
We would love to help you with your 2016 plans. Buyers and sellers tend to hop in the market as spring gets closer. With new lender regulations, if you buy a house today, closing won’t happen until around spring break or March, so keep that in mind. With the new guidelines, you will have more competition as we get closer to spring and summer.
