Welcome back! If you have been thinking about buying or selling, now is the time, especially if you want to get your home under contract by the end of the year. It will take at least a month once your home is under contract to complete the transaction.

A lot of sellers think the fall isn’t a good time to sell, but we actually have found that there is less competition out there and more motivated buyers. That means you can get more money for your home!

The same goes for buyers! We are still experiencing phenomenally low interest rates and we know that they won’t stay that way for long. When they do increase, even by a little, it reduces your purchasing power. That means less house for your money.
